Hey Douglas, I'm sorry you're having trouble with the audio. We've been getting a lot of scattered reports about problems like this, but we're never able to pinpoint the issue. I have some questions for you:
- What browser are you using?
- Is the problem only over a certain passage? (e.g. you can't get Romans 1 to play, but Romans 1:1-5 plays fine?) Or is it everything?
- Does it help to clear your browser's cache? (Instructions at http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Bro... ) -

I am mostly using Chrome. It started at Romans 13, and then 14 wouldn't play, and after I tried to play Romans 15 by itself it would not do it, and then it would not play the entire M'Cheyne devotional plan. But then I refreshed and it played the whole thing, so I thought it was maybe fixed, and it continued to work through yesterday, but then today would not work at all. I think that I cut down on the tabs that I was using and I think it worked, but I didn't have time to try that this morning.

Sounds like this might be a problem in Chrome, then, if the refresh helped. Next time you have this problem, try a refresh again and see if it helps. Hopefully the fix is that easy!

Douglas,
I know I've seen that Chrome tries to cache the entire audio stream before beginning playback. If you saw an improvement in performance after closing out multiple tabs/refreshing it would make sense to me that potentially you're low on memory to cache. Also, waiting a few seconds may help while the audio is caching. -

Ok, the closing of all tabs except esv worked, but I still cannot get the last book of the M'Cheyne to work at all.
