Copy range is wrong

If I highlight several verses to copy, and use the pop up dialogue (which is great, BTW) more times than not, the range that is highlighted is not what the dialogue says. For example, if I highlight Rom 1:18-25, the range to copy is 1:17-23. I have to extend my highlight down to vs 27, then delete vs 17 once pasted. This has happened a lot over the past few days in the opening verses to Romans.
