Google Chrome: Can't Copy Bible Text

How can I copy ESV Bible text from my Google Chrome browser? The pop-up appears in IE but not in Chrome.

    Bill,

Sorry for the delay! I tried copying in Chrome and the pop-up showed up for me:

Is your browser up to date and do you have javascript enabled?

My Chrome browser is fully up to date and Javascript is enabled. As I recall, the problem occurs only for those who have purchased the Greek language tools. When I first encountered the problem, a Google search disclosed that bit of information, which is consistent with my experience. I did not experience the problem prior to purchasing the tools.

    Bill,

I just tried this with GreekTools on and it seemed to pop up for me:

Can you maybe attach a screenshot? You're logged into your account? Does the popup show while you're not logged in?

Matt, thanks for your reply. However, there's nothing to capture in a screenshot since the Copy dialog box doesn't pop up when text is selected. If I disable Greek Tools, the dialog box works perfectly. BTW, I didn't discover this odd combination by myself. When I first ran into the problem, I did some Googling and found someone else having exactly the same problem and, in the process, learned that the Greek Tools feature is somehow at the center of the problem.

All that said, looking at your screenshot, you're actually in the Greek text. I experience the problem when I'm in the ESV text with Greek Tools enabled.

BUT PLEASE HOLD ON, I just now double-checked my problem and then the workaround by disabling Greek Tools. When I re-enabled Greek Tools, I discovered that the dialog box now pops up as it should! I've disabled and re-enabled Greek Tools before but apparently, this time, something has been updated that fixed the problem. Excellent!

Thanks for your help: Had I not reproduced the problem I wouldn't have triggered the fix.

    Cheers,
