login problems :)

hi. sorry but i cant seem to login to my account. i bought a esv study bible and had the access code and i registered and everything, but i cant seem to login. the reason they gave was that, "This account is inactive." wasnt sure how to fix, so some help would be greatly appreciated! thanks! (:
