New social network using ESV API

I'm starting a new social site called Praylio and would love for it to parse and display small bits of scripture and link back to ESV or YouVersion, etc. but my service also has to sustain and be made available financially by either services or donations from it's users.

Am I allowed to use scripture? It's a small feature of the service and will never be posting full length scripture. Nor will people be PAYING for this scripture or the usage of it.
