No sound

Edit Subject

I used to be able to hear audio. then all of a sudden I cannot. The test works and I have checked my settings but when I press the listen button no sound at all is heard. Please help?

I'm so sorry that we missed this one. Can I get some more information from you? Does this happen on every passage or only certain ones? Where in particular are you experiencing the problem?

Also, what browser are you using and what version is it? What operating system are you running?

I also am having this problem with the study bible. Itusedto be resolved by starting the ipad2 but now it just will not work at all. Is it possible to reply to my email address and not on here as like the user above you tend not to find it again on community pages
